The Fashion faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality education by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical exposure at Orane FDM. The role focuses on mentoring students, enhancing creative skills, and preparing them for successful careers in the fashion industry.

Job Description

Qualification and Experience • Minimum 1–5 years of teaching and/or industry experience • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools • Strong communication and presentation skills • Passion for teaching and creativity Preferred Skills • Fashion illustration and portfolio building • Garment construction, tailoring, and pattern making • Draping and styling techniques • Trend forecasting and fashion merchandising • Team player with the ability to inspire students Roles & Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions in fashion design, textile science, pattern making, garment construction, and illustration • Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and projects as per curriculum standards • Mentor students on design concepts, portfolio development, and industry trends • Supervise studio and lab sessions ensuring proper usage of tools and materials • Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain academic records
