Supertouch Pakistan sells and manufactures hand protection, workwear, PPE, and disposable safety products in the UK and European markets. Supertouch is considered a market leader in its chosen product categories.

Due to increased growth, Supertouch has expanded its manufacturing operations in Pakistan by investing in a state-of-the-art facility to produce high-quality technical workwear.

Position: Fashion Merchandiser

Job Summary:

The Fashion Merchandiser will be responsible for promoting, selling, and merchandising workwear garments to clients and customers. They will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market segments.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Merchandising:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective merchandising strategies.
  • Plan and execute product displays and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Ensure that products are properly stocked, labeled, and displayed in retail outlets.

Order Management:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to prevent stock shortages.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of procurement, preferably in the garments or apparel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of workwear garments and their applications is a plus.
