Fashion Sales Associate

ROLE:

· Become a Fashion Sales Associate in Maison Clad’s Boutiques

· Deliver the best shopping experience to our customers

· Have a perfect knowledge of our brands and products to advise clients for the best fashion looks

· Achieve the daily and monthly sales objectives

· Build customer loyalty and create your own customer base

· Participate in the Merchandising implementation, according to Maison Clad’s image

· Monitor stocks: request transfers, anticipate out of stock, labelling, displaying on shelf, update central stock file after each sale, update website inventory, pack home deliveries

· Propose initiatives to improve the sales (Pop up, event, advertisement…)

· Manage payments (card and cash) through the cash register system

· Maintenance of the shop’s cleanliness

PROFILE:

· Be passionate about fashion! Knowing the trends!

· Know how to adapt to each customer wish, personality and look.

· Excellent sales skills: listening and giving personalized advises).

· Representing Maison Clad’s image, through a great presentation, welcome, dynamism and professionalism.

· You are autonomous, organized, with good people skills.

· You are fluent in English. Arabic, French or Russian are a plus.
