About the Role

We are looking for a positive, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Season 7 Boutique. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced boutique environment.As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our boutique, ensuring every customer feels welcome and leaves feeling confident in their style choices. You will also play a key role in our digital presence by assisting with social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will involve a mix of customer service, store operations, and creative tasks. You will greet and assist customers, providing exceptional, personalized service along with styling and fit recommendations. Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately will be a regular part of your duties.Beyond the sales floor, you will assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. We also host live sales and in-store events, which you will help support. Additionally, you will assist with our social media content by modeling new arrivals, helping create reels, taking photos, and brainstorming fresh content ideas.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have a strong foundation in customer service. While 1 year of fashion retail experience is preferred, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. You should be comfortable being on camera and engaging on social media platforms. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. We need someone who is friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented.
