Fashion Technologist

We’re looking for a Junior Fashion Technologist / CAD Pattern Technician to join our growing production team.

This role is perfect for someone with a technical background in fashion — hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to build a strong foundation in garment technology.

What You’ll Do

• Support design team in creating and adjusting digital patterns using CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, CLO3D, or similar).
• Assist with grading, measurement sheets, and simple tech packs.
• Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure fit accuracy and quality.
• Help conduct sample checks (QC) and track any changes or corrections.
• Maintain organized pattern and size libraries.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or certification in Fashion Technology, Pattern Making, or Garment Construction.
• 1–2 years of experience in garment production, sampling, or pattern development.
• Working knowledge of CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or CLO3D).
• Basic understanding of fabric behavior, stitching techniques, and garment construction.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good teamwork.
• Experience with Abayas or modest wear is a plus.
