Videographer / Editor – Fashion & Commercial Production

We are a boutique, high-end fashion and commercial production studio based in Los Angeles, seeking a highly creative videographer/ editor with a strong eye for fashion, composition, and storytelling to join our growing team. We work with fashion brands, producing elevated visual campaigns across e-commerce and editorial platforms.

This is a fast-paced, on-set role for someone who can think visually, work efficiently under pressure, and deliver polished, brand-ready content both in-camera and in post-production.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Film on set during live fashion photoshoots under tight timelines
  • Capture dynamic angles, movement, and seamless transitions in real time
  • Work closely with photographers, stylists, and the creative team
  • Edit short-form and campaign content with an elevated and refined finish
  • Produce and deliver content that feels intentional, uniquely tailored - not templated

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of fashion visuals, trends, and storytelling
  • Ability to shoot efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
  • Keen eye for composition, perspective, and subtle visual details
  • Advanced editing skills with strong sense of pacing and seamless transitions
  • Proficiency in tools tools such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools like Runway, Midjourney, or similar
  • Highly observant, with a natural ability to spot and correct elements that feel "off"

Compensation
$25–$40/hr based on experience, with opportunies for project-based bonuses

Part-time to start, with clear path to full-time ($52,000–$80,000+ annually as role expands)
Performance-based pay increases reflecting creativity, efficiency, and overall contribution
