Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Create and maintain innovative and appealing menus that cater to diverse customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation of all food items, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, line cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Inventory Control: Manage food inventory, ensuring efficient use and minimal waste.
  • Cost Control: Monitor food costs and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food meets safety standards and customer expectations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain kitchen equipment in proper working condition.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation, and food safety.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
