Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, following safety and quality standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders, payments, and refunds with precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant.
• Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Support team members by restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant environment remains inviting and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or fast food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math scenarios.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Willingness to learn how to cook and prep.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting.
