Duties

• Prepare and assemble smoothies, wraps, flatbreads, and bowls according to quality and safety standards.
• Operate POS systems (Aloha/Micros or similar) to process orders, payments, and rewards quickly and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service: greet guests with energy, take orders clearly, and offer menu recommendations.
• Handle cash and card transactions following proper cashier procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in workstations, prep areas, dining areas, and equipment throughout the shift.
• Perform food prep tasks such as cutting fruit, portioning ingredients, labeling, and proper storage.
• Restock supplies during the shift to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support team members during busy periods by staying fast, accurate, and focused.

Skills

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Being friendly, polite, and positive with customers will be highly valued.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Teamwork, reliability, and a consistently positive attitude.
• Experience in cashiering, food prep, bussing, or kitchen work is a plus.
