- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring food items as per recipes and production plans.
- Cooking and Assembly: Ensure cooked items are assembled correctly and efficiently, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Report any issues to the supervision team.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Follow proper sanitation procedures and cleaning schedules.
- Inventory Management: Help with receiving, checking, and storing inventory. Assist in keeping track of stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, assisting colleagues in other areas as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all safety and health regulations and company policies at all times.
