Fast Food Restaurant - Front of House Executive

We’re looking for a cheerful, energetic, and customer-focused individual to manage the front-of-house operations at our fast-food restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth dining experience for customers — whether they’re dining in, taking away, or eating in their cars.

You’ll be the face of our restaurant — greeting guests, managing orders, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a positive atmosphere at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Manage dine-in and car service orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.
• Serve food to tables and cars, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and serving areas.
• Ensure excellent customer experience from order to service completion.
• Support daily operations and report any issues to the manager.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in front-of-house, fast food, or restaurant customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, extroverted, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
• Must be polite, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
