Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support kitchen operations through basic food preparation tasks and food industry best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, register balancing, and sales transactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting
