Duties

• Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
• Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items, and provide excellent service to enhance the dining experience
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and dining areas regularly
• Assist with food handling, packaging, bussing tables, and ensuring quick turnaround times in a fast-food setting
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly and keep the workflow smooth
• Support team members in various tasks including food prep, cashiering, and stocking supplies as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food handling, sanitation procedures, or kitchen operations is advantageous
