Façade Cladding Site Engineer / Project Manager

Job Purpose : To supervise and manage the installation of façade and cladding systems on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily façade/cladding installation activities.

Ensure work follows approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.

Monitor site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.

Inspect materials and verify compliance with project standards.

Conduct regular quality checks for alignment, fixing, sealing, waterproofing, and fire-safety requirements.

Raise and close Inspection Requests (IRs) with consultants.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.

Identify clashes or design discrepancies and propose solutions.

Ensure safe installation practices including work-at-height safety.

Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE procedures.

Maintain site records, daily progress reports, material checklists, and NCRs.

Track installation progress and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.

Support project planning and sequencing.
