Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Façade Project Engineer to manage and coordinate façade fabrication and installation works across project sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of aluminum and façade systems and will ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management

• Manage and supervise façade installation works including curtain wall systems, structural glazing, cladding, skylights, and aluminum systems.
• Coordinate daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractor works to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of façade installation milestones.

Technical Coordination

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements before execution.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure façade works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Quality & Safety

• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and technical evaluations to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and safety procedures on site.
• Support QA/QC teams in inspections, testing, and corrective actions.

Planning & Reporting

• Assist in project planning, cost control, and variation management.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and installation progress.

Problem Solving

• Identify and resolve technical challenges, site coordination issues, and design discrepancies.
• Work closely with the project manager and engineering teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in façade engineering or aluminum façade projects.
• Experience working on commercial or high-rise façade projects in the UAE or GCC.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, structural glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, and aluminum façade systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Other Requirements

• Experience working with UAE consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
