Create, manage & optimize paid & organic campaigns across all digital channels.
Manage & Optimize all paid marketing activities for all channels Including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram, Google, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Email, etc. ensuring strong ROAS and efficient CPA.
Optimize sales funnels where focus is on new customer acquisition & customer retention.
Drive digital channels such as shopify apps, marketing automations to optimize performance & ensure seamless customer experience.
Liason with marketing team,to ensure delivery and execution for campaigns.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reporting structures for marketing campaigns.
Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way.
Optimize bidding at keywords, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
Review and maintain Quality Score, impression share, and other metrics pertained important to paid marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years experience in Software Development or Project Management.
Proven working experience in performance marketing with proven expertise and results.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience using analytical tools, ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, etc.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certification in Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a major plus.
