Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the F&B management team in administrative, operational, and guest-service tasks. The role ensures smooth coordination between outlets, accurate documentation, and efficient execution of daily F&B activities to maintain the hotel’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the F&B Director/Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
- Assist in coordinating daily operations across all F&B outlets.
- Prepare and update menus, promotional materials, and communication for internal teams.
- Handle reservations and special requests for restaurants, events, and private dining.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and cost reports in coordination with purchasing and finance.
- Support the organization of F&B events, promotions, and banquet functions.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, HACCP, and health & safety guidelines.
- Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Banquets, Kitchen, Purchasing) to maintain seamless communication.
- Assist in guest follow-ups, feedback tracking, and service recovery actions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality administration, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems (Opera, Micros, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
