We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Food & Beverage Coordinator to support our F&B department in daily operations. This role acts as a key liaison between the front-of-house, kitchen, and administrative teams to ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintain all F&B files, draft correspondence, take meeting minutes, and manage daily office tasks.
- Operational Coordination: Assist in coordinating daily operations across all F&B outlets.
- Guest Service: Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service standards.
- Scheduling & HR: Process staff attendance and assist in coordinating staff schedules for peak periods and events
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including sales and cost summaries.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in an F&B, catering, or hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
