We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in controlling food costs, monitoring branch performance, and improving overall profitability across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control Cost of Revenue (Food & Beverage Cost)
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly branch-level
Conduct recipe costing and update standard costing sheets
Monitor variance between theoretical vs. actual consumption
Perform stock audits and coordinate monthly inventory counts
Track wastage, shrinkage, and implement corrective actions
Work closely with Central Kitchen, Finance, Procurement & Operations teams
Review supplier pricing and recommend cost-saving initiatives
Prepare management reports with actionable recommendations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin recovery plans
