F&B (Food & Beverage) Supervisor – Job Description
An F&B Supervisor oversees daily food and beverage operations in restaurants, hotels, resorts, catering companies, or hospitality venues. They ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and smooth team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise waiters, bartenders, and service staff during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning
- Train new employees on service procedures and company policies
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support achieving sales targets and controlling costs
Daily Duties
- Conduct pre-shift briefings
- Assign tables or sections to staff
- Monitor dining areas to ensure smooth operations
- Handle billing issues or special customer requests
- Check cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in food & beverage service
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage

Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
