F&B Guest Ambassador / Hostess

Position Summary:

Palazzo Versace Dubai is looking for a highly motivated and guest-focused F&B Guest Ambassador to join the energetic and stylish team at La Piscina , the hotel’s signature poolside venue known for its Mediterranean flavors, vibrant ambiance, and scenic waterfront views. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless and memorable guest journey—from reservations to personalized service on the day of the visit. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality in a dynamic F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservations & Guest Flow:

  • Manage day-to-day reservations and coordinate seating plans to ensure optimal guest flow and guest satisfaction at La Piscina.
  • Handle all guest inquiries, confirmations, and special requests professionally across phone, email, and reservation platforms.
  • Monitor guest arrival patterns and proactively communicate with service and hostess teams for smooth coordination.


Guest Recognition & Personalization:

  • Maintain and update detailed guest profiles, recording preferences, allergies, special occasions, and feedback.
  • Use guest insights to personalize the experience and surprise and delight returning or VIP guests.


Guest Relations:

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and maintain an attentive presence throughout their visit.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.


Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Liaise closely with the F&B management, culinary team, hostess desk, and pool staff to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Support internal communication around large bookings, special events, or high-profile visits.


Promotions & Events Support:

  • Assist in promoting ongoing events, activations, and offers at La Piscina by engaging with guests and encouraging return visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events team to support VIP setups, influencer visits, or media activations.


Administration & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate records of reservations, guest data, and follow-ups, while adhering to GDPR and internal confidentiality protocols.
  • Maintain an organized and professional front-of-house station that reflects the luxury standards of Palazzo Versace.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest services or reservations role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and guest database software.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and enhance guest experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
