F&B Host - YBR Casino & Sports Book

Starting Pay Rate: $16.50 hourly

The Food & Beverage Host greets guests warmly, manages seating and reservations, and ensures a smooth flow of service. This role maintains table awareness, communicates effectively with guests and staff, accommodates special requests, and helps create a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining environment.

What does a F&B Host do?

• Ensure all guests are seated in a timely manner and greet every guest with a smile.
• Maintain constant awareness of table availability in designated area.
• Combine tables as necessary to accommodate larger parties while maintaining sufficient aisle room for Servers.
• Always demonstrate a pleasant demeanor and the ability to always be responsive to guest’s request.
• Ensure that restaurant entrance and exit are always attended so as not to inconvenience guest(s).

To be successful as a F&B Host, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Previous Host experience is preferred; experience with Open Table or a similar service a plus.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 31 - 40 pounds.
