F&B Hostess

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and service-oriented F&B Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure smooth seating operations in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage the restaurant reservation system efficiently.
• Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth guest flow and table turnover.
• Maintain a clean and organized hostess desk and reception area.
• Provide accurate waiting time estimates and handle guest inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction and resolving minor complaints politely.
• Communicate effectively with the F&B team to enhance the dining experience.
