F&B Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Night Club F&B (Food & Beverage) Manager with UAE Experience to lead our vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing F&B operations within nightclub environment, ensuring exceptional service, seamless operations, and a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations, including bar, lounge, and restaurant sections
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts and promotions to attract and retain guests
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to boost club attendance and revenue
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role within a nightclub or nightlife venue
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Relevant hospitality or management qualifications
