Role Summary
The F&B Operations Associate supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow, quality control, inventory management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure service standards are maintained
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to optimize efficiency
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene compliance
- Supervise opening and closing procedures
- Track inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and control
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Support staff scheduling and shift management
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and municipality regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and operational organization across the outlet
- Assist in sales tracking and basic reporting
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in F&B or restaurant operations
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
