F&B Operations Associate

Role Summary
The F&B Operations Associate supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow, quality control, inventory management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure service standards are maintained
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to optimize efficiency
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene compliance
  • Supervise opening and closing procedures
  • Track inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and control
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Support staff scheduling and shift management
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and municipality regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational organization across the outlet
  • Assist in sales tracking and basic reporting

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in F&B or restaurant operations
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
