Position Objective:
An enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Operations Trainee eager to build a strong foundation in corporate outlet management. Adept at learning and applying operational best practices, maintaining service quality, and supporting smooth day-to-day functioning of outlets. Committed to enhancing customer experience while driving operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of corporate F&B outlets, ensuring smooth functioning across shifts.
- Learn and apply SOPs for food handling, hygiene, service standards, and safety compliance.
- Support inventory management: receiving, storage, and issuing of raw materials in alignment with cost control goals.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, responding promptly to queries and feedback.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and logistics teams for seamless operations during peak hours and corporate events.
- Track sales performance, wastage reports, and operational KPIs for management review.
- Participate in training and development programs to build expertise in outlet management, people handling, and customer service.
- Assist in team scheduling, onboarding, and staff supervision under guidance of outlet managers.
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and internal hygiene & safety protocols.
- Contribute to cost optimization initiatives and process improvements to improve outlet profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
