F&B Sales and Events Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Food & Beverages Sales and Events Executive at City Seasons Suites. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to promote food and beverage services, planning and coordinating events, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to design exceptional event experiences while also contributing to the overall sales goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create and maintain client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding and knowledge of Culinary Skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff and ensure quality offerings
• Previous experience in event planning or sales in the hospitality industry is highly beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs and manage multiple events simultaneously
