Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales plans, target and close catering/event deals, and actively upsell opportunities.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, conduct site inspections, and address inquiries promptly.
- Strategy & Planning: Identify market trends, understand competitor strengths, and align F&B offerings with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales representatives.
- Operations Coordination: Work closely with culinary, marketing, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promotion.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and report results to senior management.
- Customer Experience: Champion service excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
