Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales plans, target and close catering/event deals, and actively upsell opportunities.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, conduct site inspections, and address inquiries promptly.
  • Strategy & Planning: Identify market trends, understand competitor strengths, and align F&B offerings with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales representatives.
  • Operations Coordination: Work closely with culinary, marketing, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promotion.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and report results to senior management.
  • Customer Experience: Champion service excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
