
Job Summary
Main Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service.

Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of items.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area.

Upsell menu items and recommend daily specials or promotions.

Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.

Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.

Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
-
High standard of personal grooming and presentation.
-
Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
-
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
