Job Summary
Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support, direction and assistance to colleagues on all areas of their assigned duties ensuring highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.

Handle guest complaints according to policy.

Ensure restaurant set up is according to set standard.

Perform opening and closing duties as when required ensuring that the outlet will be ready for the business opening.

Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

Utilize the computer system in ringing, printing and closing checks as well as shift reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
High school Diploma/Hotel School Degree.
-
2 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
-
Up-selling skills training, HACCP.

Knowledge of Micros system
-
Excellent spoken and written English
-
Experience working in a multi cultural environment.

Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude.
