F&B Service Assistant

We are currently looking for a dedicated and service-oriented F&B Service Assistant to join our dynamic team at one of Dubai’s leading dining destinations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve dishes and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously throughout their visit
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company service standards and hygiene protocols at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and high level of personal grooming
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, split shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
