Job Purpose:
To supervise and coordinate room service operations, ensuring high-quality guest service, efficient delivery, and maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling, promotions, and menu optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Room Service Operations:

  • Oversee daily room service activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.

Revenue Generation:

  • Identify opportunities to increase room service sales through upselling, suggestive selling, and promotions.
  • Track room service sales performance and suggest strategies to boost revenue.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to create attractive menus and packages for in-room dining.

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure that all room service orders meet hotel standards for quality and presentation.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Staff Management:

  • Train, schedule, and manage room service staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and motivate team members to meet targets.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams to maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.

Reporting:

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on room service operations, including sales, revenue, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in F&B supervision, preferably with room service operations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and generate revenue through effective strategies.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
