We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of all company-owned food and beverage kiosks and snack shops across the park. Operating in a high-footfall, fast-paced seasonal environment, this role is critical in driving sales of drinks, snacks, and grab-and-go items while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will take ownership of staff training, inventory procurement, and rigorous cost control to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations & Team Leadership
· Supervise the daily setup, active operation, and closing procedures for multiple F&B kiosks and snack shops distributed throughout the garden.
· Manage staff rosters, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays.
· Lead by example on the floor, resolving customer escalations promptly and maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.
2. Staff Training & Development
· Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding and training programs for all new kiosk attendants.
· Train staff on point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence.
· Perform regular performance evaluations and provide on-the-job coaching to ensure consistent service standards across all outlets.
3. Procurement & Inventory Management
· Monitor daily inventory levels of all beverages, snacks, packaging, and consumables across all kiosks.
· Coordinate with the central purchasing team to place timely supply orders, ensuring no stock-outs during operational hours.
· Supervise the receipt of goods, checking for quality, quantity, and correct invoicing.
4. Cost Control & Financial Optimization
· Implement strict inventory control measures, conducting daily and weekly stock takes to identify and eliminate variances.
· Monitor product expiration dates and enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices to minimize food and beverage wastage.
· Analyze daily sales reports to track costs against revenue, ensuring the kiosks meet their profitability targets.
5. Hygiene, Health & Safety Compliance
· Ensure all kiosks maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
· Guarantee strict adherence to all Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Ensure all staff are trained in food safety protocols and maintain proper personal hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Experience
· Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of supervisory experience in the F&B sector, specifically focusing on Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), multi-kiosk operations, or high-volume cafes (full-service restaurant experience is not required).
· Training Expertise: Proven track record in onboarding and training frontline F&B staff.
· Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in F&B procurement, stock-taking, and active cost control.
· Certifications: A valid Dubai Municipality PIC (Person in Charge) Food Safety Certification is highly preferred.
· Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Core Competencies & Skills
· Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outdoor entertainment environment.
· Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage a diverse, multicultural workforce.
· Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
