**Job Title:** F&B Team Leader

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for supervising daily F&B operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and guiding the team to maintain high standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and support F&B staff during shifts

* Ensure smooth restaurant and banquet operations

* Handle guest queries and feedback

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & service quality

* Assist in training and motivating team

* Support revenue targets through upselling

**Requirements:**

* 2–3 years F&B experience

* Strong leadership & communication skills

* Knowledge of F&B operations

* Flexible to work shifts and weekends
