F&B Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B outlets' operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
  • Monitor product quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product quality.
  • Minimize wastage and control food and beverage costs.
  • Prepare operational reports and support management with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), café, or similar F&B environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers and procurement processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and can start ASAP with a valid QID & Food Handling Certificate
