Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused F&B Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service to our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by delivering high-quality service in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a courteous manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints efficiently.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
