F&B Waiter

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our dynamic family. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, possess willingness to learn, and exude a genuine passion for providing extraordinary hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a passionate storyteller

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Deliver orders to tables promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.

• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including ingredients and preparation and preparation methods.

• Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and service stations.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in both English and Turkish; additional language skills are a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Genuine passion for food, wine, and delivering everlasting experiences.

• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

• Must be eligible to work in Turkey and possess any necessary work permits or visas.
