招聘岗位：FBA短途调度专员（Local FBA Dispatcher）

工作类型： 全职（Full-Time）

岗位职责

• 负责 Amazon FBA 本地短途运输业务的调度与安排
• 根据仓库出货计划安排车辆提货、送仓及回仓任务
• 跟进司机运输状态，确保货物按时送达 Amazon 仓库
• 协调司机、仓库及客户之间的沟通
• 处理运输过程中出现的异常情况，如延误、改约、拒收等
• 安排和跟进 Amazon FBA 预约及送仓计划
• 更新运输记录、系统信息及相关报表
• 协助优化运输线路及车辆利用率

任职要求

• 有物流、仓储、运输调度相关经验优先
• 熟悉 Amazon FBA 送仓流程者优先
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和应变能力
• 熟练使用电脑办公软件（Excel、Email等）
• 工作认真负责，执行力强
• 能适应快节奏工作环境
• 中英文沟通能力优先

Local FBA Dispatcher

Location: Warehouse Office / Cross-Dock Facility
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch local Amazon FBA deliveries and pickups
• Schedule drivers based on warehouse outbound plans and delivery appointments
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding shipment updates
• Handle transportation issues such as delays, appointment changes, and delivery exceptions
• Arrange and manage Amazon FBA delivery appointments
• Maintain transportation records, reports, and system updates
• Assist in improving route efficiency and vehicle utilization

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or warehouse operations preferred
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA delivery processes is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel and email
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
