This role requires a high level of accuracy every single day. If detail is not your strength, this is not the right fit — and that is completely okay.

The Opportunity

American Luxury Gifts (ALG) is a fast-growing Amazon brand with 5,000+ premium wall art products shipping nationwide. We fulfill a framed-print line in-house from our Roanoke workspace and need a reliable, detail-driven coordinator to own that operation day-to-day.

This is not a warehouse job. You will be trusted with the full daily workflow — pulling orders, buying postage, printing art files, assembling and framing prints, packing, and handing off to carriers. You will work directly alongside the owner with support from a small remote team. This could evolve into a long term, full time, permanent opportunity for the right person.

The previous person in this role was a recent college grad who built our entire training system. We have 38 video tutorials and a 7-day onboarding manual. By Day 7, you run the operation independently. We are looking for someone at or near that level.

What You Will Do Daily

• Log into Amazon Seller Central and review the day's unshipped orders
• Print packing slips and purchase shipping in bulk (USPS and UPS)
• Print art files on Epson photo printers at exact sizes (8x10, 11x14, 11x17)
• Sort, match, and cross-check prints against packing slips and labels
• Inspect, assemble, and frame prints in multiple sizes and colors
• Pack framed and unframed prints using specific box and bubble wrap methods
• Hand off USPS by 1:30 PM and stage UPS packages by 5:15 PM daily
• Handle occasional BurnFix medical product orders and Etsy/Shopify overflow
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
• Send a daily order count to the owner at end of day

Volume: approximately 25–30 orders per day, 700+ per month. Schedule: Monday–Friday. 12-5pm on average

Requirements

Must Have

• Excellent attention to detail — non-negotiable
• Physically able to stand 3–4 hrs, lift 20 lbs
• Comfortable with computers, browsers and printers
• Reliable transportation to Roanoke workspace
• Available Tue–Sat from approx 11:00 AM
• Reads and follows written instructions precisely
• Communicates clearly and proactively

Compensation & Schedule

Pay- $15–$18/hr

Hours-20–25/wk

Schedule- Monday- Friday

Training- Paid, 7 days
