We are seeking highly skilled FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) Dual-Shield WELDERS to join our dynamic team in AUSTIN. This project starts in late April 2026. This role involves performing welding operations on a construction site, utilizing dual-shield FCAW techniques to ensure high-quality, durable welds across various metal structures. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for dual-shield welding performance, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork. Duties

• Execute FCAW dual-shield welding in all positions.
• Travel may be required for out of state projects.
• Be able to lift more than 70 lbs safely.
• Have a valid drivers license.
