FCMC Executive Assistant

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President.
  • Mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform
  • Maintain department calendars and schedules
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Review invoices and route for proper approval
  • Run and process department reports
  • Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
  • Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
  • File necessary paperwork
  • Provide event management support as needed
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in related business field, preferred
  • 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Financial or Mortgage Banking experience preferred
  • Experience with reporting in Encompass, nCino, or similar platform preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical proficiency in office related equipment
  • Must have ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
  • Must be able to perform at a high level of professionalism and exercise the utmost discretion
  • Must be able to work independently on projects, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be proficient in attention to detail and exactitude
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
