- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President.
- Mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform
- Maintain department calendars and schedules
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- Review invoices and route for proper approval
- Run and process department reports
- Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
- Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
- File necessary paperwork
- Provide event management support as needed
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
