Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Proposal Writer with a strong background in US Federal and State proposal writing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling, compliant, and winning proposals — and a keen ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage end-to-end proposal development for Federal, State, and Local government opportunities.

· Develop RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, ensuring clarity, compliance, and creativity.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, technical leads, and management to gather inputs and align proposal strategies.

· Write, edit, and format high-quality content tailored to each solicitation.

· Utilize proposal tools and templates effectively for efficient and consistent documentation.

· Take ownership of proposal timelines, reviews, and final submissions.

· Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content and ensure continuous improvement in quality and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 7–10 years of proven experience in Proposal Writing (US Federal and State).

· Strong understanding of Government contracting processes (FAR, RFP/RFI/RFQ structure).

· Excellent command of written English — persuasive, concise, and strategic.

· Proficiency in MS Office tools, proposal management software, and collaboration platforms.

· Ability to work independently in a remote and deadline-driven environment.

· Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

· Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
