A&L Delivery Inc. is urgently hiring reliable Delivery Drivers for a dedicated Friday–Monday schedule. This is a full-time, weekend-focused route driver position operating a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle. No CDL required.

Pay & Schedule

• $22 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Paid training
• Friday through Monday
• 7:00 AM start time
• 7–9 hour shifts
• Average 100 stops / 70 miles per route

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Complete assigned delivery route on time
• Load and unload packages
• Lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs (dolly provided)
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical (paid by FedEx)
• No felonies or misdemeanors
• Delivery driver experience is preferred but not required
• Strong reliability and work ethic
