FedEx Delivery Driver Manager – Full Time

About the Position

2fast4u Inc. is a trusted FedEx Ground contractor looking for motivated and reliable managers to join our growing team! As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you’ll deliver and pick up packages in residential and commercial areas—keeping safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at the heart of every stop.

This is a full-time position based out of the Indianapolis, IN FedEx terminal. You’ll drive late-model step vans and operate under the support of a team that values professionalism, safety, and performance.

Pay & Benefits

• $75k to $85k, depending on experience and performance
• Weekly pay
• Performance and safety bonuses
• Company uniforms provided
• Paid training

Schedule

• Full-time, 6 days per week
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle
• Manage a team of 10-15 drivers
• Ensure team is hitting all required metrics
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and employees
• Represent the FedEx brand with professionalism and reliability

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Must have a current DOT Medical Card
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous delivery experience is a plus (Amazon, UPS, USPS, etc.), but not required
