FedEx Delivery Driver Recruiter

Job Summary
Four Eighteen Logistics is seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiter to support hiring for FedEx delivery drivers in Braselton, GA. This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is confident on the phone.

Pay

Pay: $100 per qualified driver (must attend interview)

Schedule: Part-Time | Work From Home

Key Responsibilites

• Contact and follow up with 60+ candidates daily from job ad leads
• Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications
• Clearly explain job details, expectations, and next steps
• Guide candidates through the hiring process:

-Application completion

-Background check

-Drug test

-DOT physical

• Create urgency and accountability to ensure candidates complete all onboarding steps quickly
• Schedule candidates for ride-alongs/interviews at the terminal
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates until interview completion
• Promote the benefits of working as a FedEx delivery driver, highlighting opportunities for career growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted outreach campaigns.
• Manage the candidate pipeline through applicant tracking systems, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
• Assist in onboarding new drivers by explaining company policies, safety protocols, and job expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or recruitment roles with a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful careers.
• Familiarity with warehouse environments or logistics operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial driving requirements including box trucks, courier services, heavy lifting, moving tasks, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong understanding of route driving and delivery driver responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage potential candidates effectively.
• Ability to assess driving records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
