FedEx Ground Asst Manager (BC)

We are looking for someone who has prior experience in working as a Business Contact (BC) / Manager in FedEx Ground/Express.

Business averages about 12 to 14 Routes a day and up to 21 routes in Peak. We serve customers in Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and Phoenix. 70 precent Residential and 30 percent businesses (no high rises). We have a good clean and easy to run CSA and have a total 17 people on staff.

ANS already has a primary BC in place and we're searching for someone to come in and help run the business on weekends.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for FRO on the weekends. FRO support may be required during the week, but only as an exception.

2. Be the primary contact on the weekend for operations related matter.

3. Dispatch as a driver during the week. Schedule requires Sat/Sun coverage. Other 3-days can be discussed but preferred Wed thru Fri.

4. Support the primary BC for all operations related matter.

Experience:

1. Must have prior FedEx Ground or Express experience

2. Must have proven leadership or people management experience.

3. FRO knowledge is preferred but not required.

4. DOT Trainer certification is desirable but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $210.00 - $215.00 per day
