FedEx Ground Delivery Driver – $145-$175 a day – No CDL – Home Daily

Asap Ground Inc is looking for reliable, hardworking delivery drivers to join our team in the Springfield / Ozark area. We value consistency and reward the drivers who show up and get the job done safely.

Pay & Benefits

• Daily Rate: $145 – $175 per day
• Pay Frequency: Paid weekly via direct deposit
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Earn between $250 – $400 extra per month!
• Bonus is awarded based on attendance, safety, and overall performance.
• Paid out the middle of the following month.
• Home Daily: Local routes so you’re back with your family every night.
• Training: Fully paid training to get you up to speed.
• Equipment: Well-maintained delivery trucks (No CDL required).

The "Pro-Reliability" Bonus

We believe in rewarding the backbone of our operation: the drivers who show up. To ensure our team stays strong, our monthly bonus ($250–$400) is tied directly to attendance.

Note: Because our routes depend on a full team, any unexcused absences or "call-outs" during the month will result in the forfeiture of that month's bonus. We pay extra for the reliability our customers and team expect!Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery truck on local routes.
• Deliver and load/unload packages for residential and business customers.
• Use a handheld scanner and GPS for efficient route navigation.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude.
• Keep your vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• Age: Must be 21 years or older.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience: 1 year of verifiable professional driving experience within the last 3 years (Box truck, cargo van, or similar delivery experience preferred).
• Physical: Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 100 lbs.
• Screening: Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Flexibility: Weekend availability is highly preferred.
