FedEx Ground Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Sweet Home Express is now hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in Montgomery, AL.

If you have driving experience and want consistent weekly pay, this is a stable, long-term opportunity with room for raises after 90 days.

Compensation

• Training Pay: $120/day
• After Training: $140/day
• $15/day Performance & Attendance Incentive
• Paid weekly

Terminal Location

Montgomery FedEx Ground Terminal
120 Folmar Pkwy
Montgomery, AL 36105

Drivers operate company-provided vehicles and deliver to residential and business customers within the local service area.

Schedule

• Monday & Friday required
• One weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
• Weekends required
• 5–6 days per week available
• Shift begins at 7:30 AM and ends upon route completion (typically around 5:30 PM)

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• 1 year of driving experience (Amazon, UPS, DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, DHL, etc. qualifies)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Pass background check
• Pass drug screen (includes cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBD products)
• Pass DOT Physical (paid by employer)
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance/dolly

No CDL Required.

• Arrive at terminal to receive vehicle and packages
• Load and organize truck efficiently
• Deliver packages safely and on time
• Scan and log packages
• Provide professional customer service
