FedEx Ground Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Blue Suede Express is now hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in the Moselle, MS area.

Pay Structure

• Training Pay: $120/day
• $140/day once running route independently and completing it safely
• Weekly Attendance Bonus:
• $50 bonus for working 5 days
• $75 bonus for working 6 days

Paid weekly.

FedEx Ground Terminal

Moselle, MS 39459

Drivers operate company-provided vehicles and deliver to residential and business customers within the assigned service area.

Schedule

• 5–6 days per week available
• Weekends required
• Shift begins at 7:30 AM and ends upon route completion (typically around 5:30 PM)

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience (Amazon, UPS, Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, DHL, etc. qualifies)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Pass background check
• Pass drug test (includes cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBD products)
• Pass DOT Physical (paid by employer)
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs. with a dolly

No CDL Required – This is a Non-CDL position.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at terminal to receive delivery vehicle and packages
• Load and organize truck
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently
• Scan and log packages
• Provide professional customer service
