FedEx Ground Delivery Driver (upto $250/day) - Kansas City, MO

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers with prior FedEx or UPS delivery experience (REQUIRED) to join our FedEx Ground contractor team operating out of the 12501 Northeast 40th Street FedEx Ground Terminal in Kansas City, MO. Drivers will operate company-provided vehicles to safely deliver and pick up packages on assigned local routes.

This is a physical, fast-paced role ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided FedEx Ground delivery vehicle
• Deliver and pick up packages within a designated Kansas City route area
• Follow assigned routes and complete deliveries in a timely manner
• Load and unload packages (up to 150 lbs with assistance)
• Scan and track packages using a handheld delivery device
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Follow all FedEx Ground safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record (no major violations)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 150 lbs
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Prior FedEx or UPS delivery experience is REQUIRED

Work Schedule

• Typical start time: 8:00 AM
• Routes completed same day
• Weekend availability may be required
